Your initial response to our problem was timely; you were on time for your service call; you diagnosed the problem and its cause promptly and knew exactly how to solve that problem (which was not easy)...removing stains from velveteen type pile which we had previously made worse by trying to treat the stains ourselves.

You completely eradicated the stains and restored the fabric - and without loss of color or deterioration. Thank goodness we had received your Fiber-Shield treatment years ago.
On top of all this, you said, "No charge, it's part of our Fiber-Shield service."
Incredible, in this day and age! You simply are the best at what you do!

Thank you so much for responding so quickly to clean the cream-colored chair in our library, which was water damaged and dye-stained after a terrible storm.  The black dye stain was from a leopard print pillow which was laid on the chair.  The chair was an absolute splattered mess!  Your technician put drop cloths down and set up a steamer.  He used a spotting machine with water and detergent, the steamer, and a hair dryer to dry the stains.

The procedure he used to clean the chair was very tedious.  Each area was cleaned several times and after each attempt, he had to hand-dry so he could see the results.  This was a very time consuming procedure.  Nevertheless, he worked diligently until the stains were removed and the chair was once again in perfect condition.

I cannot thank you enough for the exemplary service that you and your staff have provided.  Your company and its product line have surpassed my professional and personal expectations. Last week when my mischievous Basset hound chewed on a "waterproof and fadeproof Uniball" ink pen on my foyer rug, I was convinced my rug (and the dog) were doomed.  To make matters worse, she proceeded with ink-stained paws to roam up the stairs, and into every carpeted bedroom to look out the windows. The foyer rug is wool cut pile, as are the bedrooms.  As you might imagine, when I returned from a client meeting, I found an ink saturated foyer rug, and a trail of paw prints extending up the stairs through all three bedrooms!  Fortunately, I had selected MWI Fiber-Shield to treat my rugs, furnishings and drapery when the house was built seven years ago.  Your company has helped to maintain my home over the years since, with the help of an attentive and competent staff.
